Our typical package of commercial permit drawings include: Architectural, mechanical and structural drawings. However it changes from project to project. 

Typically it takes 4-6 weeks to obtain the permit from the city. But it all depends from Municipality to Municipality and also how busy the city is at the time of the application.

8. Renovation

Once the permit is issued, Client hires a professional and qualified contractor to start the renovation as per the issued permit drawings and organizes inspections with the city.
