Our team is composed of skilled drafters, innovative designers, and Professional Engineers (P.Eng) with esteemed engineering backgrounds. We specialize in designing and obtaining permits for a wide range of residential and commercial projects.
Located in Kitchner, Ontario, we assist homeowners in obtaining building permits from the city by drafting floor plans in accordance with the Ontario Building Code, enabling them to commence construction and renovation in compliance with local by-law requirements.
We provide assistance in obtaining various permits, including House Permits, Legal Basement Permits, Deck Permits, Separate Entrance Permits, and a variety of residential and commercial permits, ranging from restaurant designs to office designs.
