At RAD Interiors we do commercial and residential interior designs. From ideation to conceptualization to final execution. We have helped many of our client’s turn their dream projects to reality. We have completed many commercial and residential projects targeting different markets.
We have experience of designing a wide range of projects. From Restaurants to Offices. We help our client’s reimagine the space and design according to their needs with unique, creative and innovative branding guidelines for their restaurants and offices. Our unique and universal branding designs follows throughout their space, from cutlery to online presence to logo, unique color composition for the sitting arrangement which creates a soothing vibe with the utmost classic ambience by reworking on the walls, drop ceiling and different booth sections. We design based on the available space in order to utilize every inch of the available space and the unique style of the restaurant or the office; depending on their demographic and clientele base.Â
We help our client’s design their homes. We work with architects, engineers and builders in the custom house construction by providing our unique interior design recommendations and changes during the initial design phase of a custom house to its final construction. We also work with existing built houses in order to redesign the interiors and gain additional space depending on the client’s needs.
We specialize in the multiple interior designs of the kitchen from cabinets, countertops, island, pantry, refrigerators to stove. We design the kitchen depending on the available space in order to make sure the full space gets used. We work with the client during the initial brainstorming session to come up with our moodboard ideas to come to a final design, color and needs of the client in order to create multiple mock-ups and 3D rendering designs for them to have a visual look of how it will look once renovated. We then work with the suppliers and contractor to ensure the design comes into reality by making weekly site visits during the renovation.Â
We help our client’s redesign their existing living room space. We first understand their needs and provide 3-4 different design options which outline the positioning of sofa, side table, center table, TV design wall, chandelier, windows, doors to match the color of blinds, to choose the color of the living room walls. Everything gets presented in front of the client during the mood board session by creating multiple mock-ups and 3D rendering of the design before finalizing the final product. We then work with suppliers and contractors to execute the designs into reality by making sure that the contractor is working as per the design suggestions.Â
We help our client’s to redesign their bedroom’s by providing our unique and creative ideas to utilize the space to its full capacity. We provide ideas and different layout options with the positioning of bed, headboard, table, carpets, windows to nightstands. We understand the theme of the bedroom and then work to create the right persona accordingly with a soothing color palette. We provide mockups which outline the wall paintings, bedroom wall colors, electrical switches color, blinds, window frame color to baseboards. We design bedrooms according to the client’s need to create a soothing vibe and ensure enough natural sunlight in the bedroom. We then work with suppliers and contractors to execute the designs into reality by making sure that the contractor is working as per the design suggestions.Â
We help our client’s design their washrooms according to their budget and needs. We provide 3-4 different design options which outline the positioning of vanity, toilet, mirror and shower/tub. Depending on the client’s need we make sure to have a window in the washroom and design the washroom with matching floor and wall tiles. We provide mockups with different layouts and options which mention the vanity, shower size and the color of washroom fixtures with some fancy features if desired by the client. We then work with suppliers and contractors to execute the designs into reality by making sure that the contractor is working as per the design suggestions.

Once secured; start with brainstorming session
4. Ideation
We will start with the design & drafting of your project after the site visit.
5. Mood board
After the first draft of drawings. We provide 2 revisions to the homeowner in the drawings before making a submission to the city.
6. Mock ups and 3D rendering
Once the drawings are approved by the homeowner. We fill up the application forms and make a submission of the permit on the owner’s behalf to the city.
7. Working with Engineers and Architects
After reviewing the drawings and paying the city permit fee. City issues the permit. Now, the owner can hire a contractor and start the renovation of their project.
8. Working with Suppliers and contractors
Once the construction starts. It is the responsibility of the contractor to do the renovation as per the approved permit drawings and pass all the city inspections. City then issues the final occupancy letter once all the inspections are passed.
